1. The service
ColorPageMaker generates black-and-white coloring pages from text descriptions using AI. Free usage is limited per day; additional generations require credits purchased through the site.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the descriptions you submit. Don't submit unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights (including trademarked characters). Pages you generate are private to your account unless we publish them in our curated library. They are licensed to you under the usage license.
3. Credits & payments
Credits are consumed per generation and refunded automatically if a generation fails. Pack credits do not expire. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and add 200 credits per cycle. Payments and applicable taxes are processed by Creem.io, our merchant of record — the charge on your card statement will appear as CREEM.IO. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page ("Manage / cancel subscription") or via the customer portal link in your receipt email. Because generation costs are incurred immediately, spent credits are non-refundable; unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
All prompts must comply with our acceptable use policy, which prohibits NSFW, sexual, suggestive, hateful, and other harmful content. Every prompt is screened automatically before generation; prompts that violate the policy are blocked without charge. No abuse, scraping, automated bulk generation beyond your credits, or attempts to bypass limits or content screening. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may occasionally contain imperfections. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
